All about Jessner’s peel solution.

Aka “Coombe’s formula”, the Jessner’s peel solution is a combination of salicylic and lactic acids with resorcinol.

Overall, Jessner’s solution is a mild peeling treatment that’s commonlu used to lighten areas of

hyperpigmentation and sundamged skin surfaces.

Don’ts:

Do not combine the treatment with Retin-A
Do not apply on sunburned skin or traumatized skin.
Do not apply to the eyes.
Dos
Use 2″ X 2″ gauze, apply 3 small coats to theĀ  facial skin surface, neck or other areas meant to be treated.
Leave the solution for 10 minutes - then rinse off with water (preferably cool)
Avoid being exposed to the sun. Use Vaseline to keep your skin oily and humid.
