There’s no need to mention the importance of physical exercise. But the fact that your face muscles require exercise does worth mentioning…
Though most anti aging remedies focus on skin care and plastic surgeries - a new approach is now begining to take more and more attention: Facial Exercise.
It is now proven - conducting facial exercises on a regular basis can have a dramatic impact on how your appearance to a great extent.
Human beings have 57 different muscles in area of the face alone - these muscles are working together to support our facial movements.
Those muscle are all interconnected via massive fibres and work together to enable our face to create various facial expressions, movements and activities.
The 57 muscles are attached directly to our facial skin (not to bones) making your face skin more “age revealing”. Lack of sufficient muscle mass and tone (caused by aging) causes the
well-known sagging face syndrome. But here are the good news - new studies show that this syndrome can be vastly improved via facial exercise:
Recommended Facial Exercise Sessions:

Put your hand (wide open) at the base of your throat, stretched across your collarbone.
Holding your hand downwards, extend your neck up - make sure to lead the movement with your chin
and stretch with your bottom jaw, only, towards the ceiling. “attemp” to reach with your bottom lip towards the
ceiling just like a gulping fish. Complete 5 sets.
Improve Frown Lines

below your middle finger. Now move the muscles under the fingers upwards - then hold for ten seconds.

counts and when relaxing start puckering your lips in a pointed kiss. Keep there for 5 counts and relax - repeat 10 times.
