Exfoliating is important for getting rid of old, dead skin cells and getting active anti aging ingredients deep into our skin.
Here’s a very effective exfoliant that you can make at home, by yourself, without spending any money….!
So here it is….the ingredients and the treatment:
1. Baking soda and cleanser: Mix one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of your favorite face lotion or cleanser.
Scrub your face using a circular movement, then rinse and moisturize.
2. Baking soda and sea salt: Using a medium sized cup - combine a teaspoon of baking soda and a half a teaspoon of natural sea salt.
The soda will polish the skin and the salt will do the scrubbing. The salt grains shrink in size once scrubbed on the surface of the skin resulting in smooth, glowing skin.
3. Baking soda and aloe vera: Combine one tablespoon of soda (baking soda) with enough aloe vera juice to make a smooth paste like dough. Gently rub your face with rounded movements for a few minutes and rinse. Don’t forget to apply moisturizer cream afterwards….oh! and some sunscreen before you go out.
