Anti Aging - 5 Easy Principles

Most people dread the concept of aging - especially the physical aspects that accompany the process of aging.  But aging is a natural, unstoppable part of life and does have to be  perceived as a negative thing: You can’t stop getting older - but you can definitely prevent yourself from getting uglier. Below are 5 simple principles that will help you stay in shape and look great - even in old age:

1. Stop Smoking. (NOW!)
Smoking makes you look older and uglier (and kills you too). Eventually, most smokers will develop excessive wrinkling around their eyes and mouth due to lack of Collagen (a lack that develops as a result of smoking). By kicking this pointless habit  - you’ll do yourself the greatest anti-aging favor you can think of, plus, you may be live a few more years too.
2. Wear Sun Screen.
Sun damage is sooo bad for your skin. Almost too bad.  Why? For starters, it can actually cause cancer. But keeping things superfacial - it causes very deep wrinkles on the skin’s surface. Ever heard about “Photoaging “? Well, that’s when the sun damages the skin so bad it makes it look like leather!  But wait… Too much exposure to the sun  also causes premature age spots,  over-pigmentations and more scary stuff. So use sun screen. Yes, just like that song tells you to.
3. Keep Your Skin Moist
Make sure to nourish your skin with anti aging moisturizer creams. Creams helps your skin keep a good balance of oiliness and moistness, plus  a smashing radiant look along the way.  Exfoliation is also important. Make sure to exfoliate and remove old, dead skin so it won’t block your skin pores.
4. Get Plenty of Exercise
Exercise = wonders for the entire body. Exercise is a “super-tool” when it comes to anti aging. If you think it’s important  to keep your energy levels high and youthful appearance, make sure to move your #s# from that couch and start working out! Try walking, running, swimming - or more social sports such as Tennis, Ski and etc.

5. Nutrition

People’s diets have a direct affect on how they look.  Vitamins, minerals & antioxidants are recommended especially those who are into reversing the physical affects of the aging process. Eat fruits, grains and vegetables as a part of your health diet. This will help you to stay healthy and good looking.
